Representative Anderson objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, CSSB 323(JUD) am was returned to second reading. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Croft: Page 2, lines 12 - 28: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill section accordingly. Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Anderson objected. Representative Rokeberg rose to a point of order regarding confining remarks to the amendment. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Kookesh be excused from a call of the House tonight. There being no objection, it was so ordered. **The voting record was changed to reflect that Representative Kookesh was excused.
